Pricing and Selling

It depends on the year, make, and model, how heavy the vehicle is, whether it runs, what parts are missing, and how bad the damage is. Scrap metal prices also change from week to week. The fastest way to know is to call (346) 514-5757. Tell us about the car and we will give you a price on the phone.
Call (346) 514-5757 or send us the details through our offer form. We will ask for the year, make, and model, whether it starts and drives, any damage or missing parts, whether you have the title, and where the car is parked. The call usually takes just a few minutes.

If your car runs well and is in good shape, a private sale may get you more money. But for a car that doesn’t run, is badly damaged, or needs expensive repairs, selling privately is hard. You have to list it, answer calls, meet strangers, and arrange towing. Selling to a junkyard is faster, and with us the towing is free.
Many online “cash for cars” companies are brokers. They take your information and send a local yard or tow company to do the job. We are the local yard. You talk to the buyer directly, we pick up the car, and you get paid in cash at pickup. Our yard is at 700 Park St in Baytown.

Vehicles We Buy

We buy cars, trucks, SUVs, minivans, and vans. Running or not, old, damaged, wrecked, or only good for scrap. If you are not sure whether we will buy your vehicle, call us and ask.
See all the vehicles we buy
Yes. Many of the cars we buy don’t start at all. Blown engines, bad transmissions, electrical problems, or cars that have been parked for years. You don’t need to fix anything, and towing is free.
Selling a car that doesn’t run
Yes. Cars missing the engine, transmission, wheels, battery, or catalytic converter can still be sold for scrap. Just tell us exactly what is missing when you call. That way the price we give you on the phone matches the car we pick up.
Selling a scrap car
Yes. If your insurance company declared the car a total loss and you kept it, we will make you an offer. Tell us about the damage and the title situation when you call.

Pickup and Towing

Yes. We do not charge for towing, and nothing is taken out of your price for it. The price we agree on is the cash you get.
In most cases, the same day you call. Calling earlier in the day gives you the best chance of a same-day pickup.
If you can’t be there, tell us when you call and we will work out the details with you. Someone needs to sign the paperwork and receive the cash.
We pick up in Houston and about 30 miles around it. Our yard is in Baytown, and we go to cities like Pasadena, Deer Park, La Porte, Channelview, Humble, Pearland, League City, and Mont Belvieu. Not sure if we come to you? Call and ask.

Title and Paperwork

Yes, we buy cars without a title. Every situation is a little different, so call us before pickup and tell us what happened to the title. We will tell you exactly what we need from you. If you want to replace a lost title, you can also apply for a certified copy through the Texas DMV.
Have the title if you have it, a photo ID, and the keys if you have them. No title? Call us first. We still buy cars without a title. After the sale, file a Vehicle Transfer Notification with the Texas DMV within 30 days.
Call us and tell us. In most cases, the lender has to release the lien before the title can be transferred. We will let you know what is needed for your situation.
Call us and tell us the situation. Texas has paperwork that lets heirs transfer a vehicle when the owner has passed away, and we will let you know what we need from you.
File a Vehicle Transfer Notification with the Texas DMV within 30 days. It shows you no longer own the car. Then call your insurance company to cancel or update your policy. Before pickup, take your EZ TAG or other toll tag off the windshield and remove your personal items.

Payment

We pay in cash at pickup, before the car leaves your property. No check to clear and no payment app to set up.
